PARENT ENGAGEMENT

The Parental Engagement Program aims to support the social emotional development of our students and encourage lifelong learning, through the active participation of our parent community. The goal is to establish shared responsibility, meaningful involvement and collaboration between parents and teachers for the healthy development of our students. As part of this initiative, parents are encouraged to participate in the events and meetings hosted by the school to create an active rapport between parents and teachers.

CHILDREN'S DAY CELEBRATION 2024

Nothing is more meaningful, than to have our parents cheer us on, while we get messy and explore with no inhibitions. Children's Day was a momentous occasion, where our parents facilitated and curated activities around graffiti art and tote bag screen printing for all the little stars at Kiva. Ending on a high note, grounding our energy, the event concluded with a Drum Circle, for parents and their children to enjoy with free abandon. Let's just say being messy and loud was a requirement!

STORY FEST 2025

Story Fest marked a momentous occasion at Kiva, whereby parents and teachers came together to plan, organize and execute a meticulous performance for our students. Titled, "Giraffes Can't Dance", based on the book by Giles Andreae, the enactment of this story was rich in lessons on finding your own tune and being compassionate and kind to those around you. An experience filled with rhythm, creativity and fun, Story Fest was the perfect blend of interactive storytelling. music and art put together by parents after a series of rehearsals on the school premises
