What curriculum does Kiva School follow?
To ensure a smooth transition from Elementary to Junior School, the tenets of our teaching philosophy remain similar, with a gradual advancement in subject matter. With a foundation rooted in the Curiosity Approach, the school curriculum integrates components of the Finnish National Curriculum, UK Primary National Curriculum, and the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. This blended approach encourages our students to develop their capacity to understand new concepts, improvise, and move toward self-guided holistic learning. Our Curiosity Approach places experiential, project-based, and activity-based learning at its core. This ensures students develop the vital social-emotional, cognitive, physical and critical thinking skills needed to tackle the Cambridge International Assessment and Examinations (CAIE) in their academic journey.

What is your admission criteria?
We believe that it takes a village to raise a child. We look for families who agree with our learning philosophy of 'parents as partners', add to our community's diversity and have an open mind about their child's learning journey.
Interested parents are invited for a one-on-one discussion with our team to see if Kiva School is a good fit for their children. We encourage them to bring their child along so that parents can observe how their child interacts with the space.
Do we need to pay an admission fee when moving from Kiva to AMI?
No, there is no admission fee when a child transitions from Kiva to AMI, as both schools are part of the same educational project – Education Works Private Limited (EWPL).
